Forum Ranks Changes

 

  • From now on in order to become a high ranking admin you'll have to earn it, it's not just about the posts it's about the contribution to the community such as members invited, development, improvement brought, people  helped, moderation skills and so on.
  • There have been some changes to the Management category (Founder and Co-Founder), this category is the most important and is reserved for the most valuable members of our community, yet again, it's not about the posts, it's about trust and overall contribution.
  • All staff members will start as Helpers and gradually get upgraded depending on their activity and improvements brought, members invited etc. There will be no exception to this rule, not anymore.
  • There are currently 3 important categories of ranks: "Staff", "Admin", "Management" to help differentiate between staff groups each having their own set of permissions and obligations.

 

IN ORDER TO JOIN THE FIRST STAFF RANK - HELPER - YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST 25 POSTS (REQUIRED), 7-14 DAYS SINCE YOU JOINED THE FORUM OR HAVE INVITED 3 MEMBERS TO THE FORUM (EITHER OF THESE 2 WOULD DO) - PLEASE USE THE REFFERAL CODE

 

Minimum requirements for rank upgrade:

 

  • Helper -> Moderator = 100 posts - 5 members invited - 30 days since becoming a Helper
  • Moderator -> Super Moderator = 250 posts - 10 members invited - 60 days since becoming a Moderator
  • Super Moderator -> Supervisor = 500 posts - 25 members invited - 90 days since becoming a Super Moderator
  • Supervisor -> Administrator = 1000 posts - 50 members invited - 120 days since becoming a Supervisor
  • Administrator -> Co-Founder = SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Co-Founder -> Founder = SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

 

The staff members that did their job well and deserve an upgrade faster than the minimum days required they may be upgraded in half the time, for example a Supervisor can become an Administrator in at least 60 days, or in 1/3 of the time, that meaning 30 days but only if they did extremely well and with approval from all Management members.

 

CLARIFICATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS:

 

  • INVITING ACTIVE PEOPLE IS ALSO IMPORTANT, PEOPLE THAT ONLY LOG IN ONCE ARE NOT WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR, WE NEED TO GROW AND IN ORDER TO DO THAT WE NEED ACTIVITY, THIS MEANS THAT IF YOU INVITE ACTIVE MEMBERS YOU CAN BE EXTEMPT FROM THE MINIMUM TRESHOLD
  • POST QUALITY IS IMPORTANT AS WELL SO THERE CAN BE EXCEPTIONS TO THE POST COUNT SPECIFIED ABOVE, IF YOU'RE CREATIVE, WRITE YOUR OWN REVIEWS OR POST SOMETHING ORIGINAL AND MEANINGFUL THOSE WILL EXEMPT YOU FROM THE MINIMUM POST TRESHOLD
  • SPAM POSTS WILL NOT COUNT TOWARDS THE POSTING TESHOLD AND WILL RESULT IN A WARN, MULTIPLE WARNS CAN RESULT IN DIFFERENT RESTRICTIONS - PLEASE REFER TO GUIDELINES - AND EVENTUALLY A BAN
  • THERE ARE LIMITED SPOTS FOR RANKS ABOVE AND INCLUDING ADMINISTRATOR, THIS MEAN EVEN IF THE TRESHOLD IS MET THERE MIGHT BE NO MORE SPOTS LEFT, THE LIMITS DEPEND ON COMMUNITY TOTAL MEMBERS
  • IF AN ADMIN IS INACTIVE THEY CAN BE REMOVED (EXCEPT WHEN THEY ANNOUNCE IT IN THE STAFF ABSENCE SECTION, THEY HOWEVER HAVE THE POSIBILITY TO GET THEIR RANK BACK OR AT LEAST A LOWER ONE DEPENDING ON THE TIME PASSED SINCE THEY LEFT OR OTHER FACTORS SUCH AS THE IMPORTANCE OF THE STAFF MEMBER FOR NPOWERED
  • WHEN INVITING MEMBERS PLEASE USE THE REFFERAL CODE, COPY IT AND SEND IT TO YOUR FRIENDS FOR EASIER TRACKING (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)
  • IT IS HOWEVER POSSIBLE FOR A PERSON TO RECEIVE A HIGHER RANK IF THEY INVITE A HIGH AMOUNT OF PEOPLE TO THE COMMUNITY, HELP IN OTHER WAYS TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS.
  • ANY PREVIOUS ABUSE OR BAD BEHAVIOUR COULD REMOVE YOUR POSSIBLITY TO JOIN THE NPOWERED STAFF, MAKE IT HARDER FOR YOU TO JOIN OR LOSING THE POSSIBLITY TO BECOME A HIGHER RANKING ADMIN DEPENDING ON SEVERITY
  • IN OUR COMMUNITY WE VALUE TRUST, WE THINK THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT VALUE YOU CAN HAVE SO THIS ASPECT ALSO FACILITATES YOUR GROWTH AMONG THE STAFF AND IS DEFINITELY AMONG THE SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS.

 

* NO OTHER EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE

 

Short version:

  • Invite members - the more active they are the better (PLEASE USE THE REFFERAL CODE)
  • Make posts and do not spam - the quality, creativity and authenticity of those post is what matters
  • Be active - as much as you can, I don't ask daily, but try to join a few minutes/hours per free day
  • Be resposible and make sure the rules are respected
  • Be mature and don't abuse the rank
  • Have a good behaviour and respect other members, on forum, messages or discord
  • Listen to higher ranking Staff members, expecially Management, in case of abuse from those staff members please report them to @ Noxx  @ playboy  or @ YusoChan-
  • If you invite a lot of active members, the other minimum requirements can be lowered to a minimum of 1/3 - for example: from 90 to 30
  • All Management members will check your activity and if they think you deserve an upgrade because you did exceptionally well it will be debated among them and it can result in an upgrade.
