When it comes to Apple, the word cheap is rather a relative term, which refers only to the price of the rest of the products in the offer. Expected for $ 900, the new cheap 6.7-inch screen could be the largest non-flagship iPhone to date.

The hypothesis, still unconfirmed with concrete evidence, is put forward by the famous analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, famous for his extremely accurate predictions about Apple products. According to him, Apple will divide the iPhone 14 series into two low-end models, with 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch screens, respectively two high-end models with screens of similar size, but better.

Of interest, however, is the low-cost 6.7-inch model, the largest iPhone ever created by Apple for the budget range.
Although, at the price of $ 900, the limits of the low-cost definition are extended to the maximum, we still refer to the current top of the range with 6.7 inch screen, the iPhone 12 Pro Max model with a price of $ 1099.
Beyond that, we only have the iPhone 11 Pro Max model, with a 6.5 inch screen and a price of $ 1000.

Strengthening rumors so far, Ming-Chi Kuo says that the iPhone offer for 2022 will no longer include a 5.4-inch iPhone mini, modest sales and the apparent decommissioning of the current model seem to conclude a failed experiment by Apple.
The list of unconfirmed features, but expected by Ming-Chi Kuo, includes the fingerprint sensor integrated under the screen and the upgrade of the wide camera to 48MP resolution, for iPhone models in the high-end range.
Although it would be a jump to the other extreme, the creation of a cheaper iPhone with a big screen is a direction that is inevitable for Apple, the company having to react to the competition coming from the Android camp, where manufacturers compete in launching phones with bigger screens. even better, available at very affordable prices.
